Print Audit

The previous pages only really give a brief out line of what OKprintIT do and the only real way to see if we can help you is to give us a call.

What we then do is ask you a few very simple questions, which will help us both, know if we can work together. If we do not feel we can do a better job than you are currently doing we will tell you. OKprintIT like to work with people and feel we have a partnership with all our customers.

If we do feel we can work together we will ask your permission to do a small presentation at your premises and help you to do a print audit, which while it sounds painful is very simple and will only take you a few moments.

Once the print audit is completed OKprintIT will present a full document indicating where we can save you money and what print management service we can provide.

There are no charges involved in this process to this point.

The only charges that you will incur will be when actual print orders are placed and fulfilled. In other words you only pay for the print not the print management infrastructure or the online ordering site.
